Award winning pastries. The pomelo and sweet potatoes pastry. Both are good and can see the hard work making each layer. Different layers give a different texturem Ok.. I tend to notice in Taiwan, aside claiming their rich history.. eg. XX years shop. They also like this "award winning" claim especially in the pastry industry. I keep seeing most shop have it. Some way. Some how. Many winners? Many category?
