I gave my 💖 to a stranger
Father forgive me for it
But I don’t want it back
If this pain is what it means to have it
Then I’d rather be without it.
A lesson learnt 10 years ago – 做人要懂得進退.
Learn when to hold on, when to let go.
When to move forward, and when to take a step back.
Yes, every thing in life has its time and place.
It is painful, but let’s move on ✌.
Everyone keep asking to keep on moving, keep on going.
Don’t give up, we are almost there.
Almost. Yes, almost.
Every step we take on, every corner we turn.
It’s still almost.
I know I didn’t come this far, to come this far.
But I’m tired with almost there.
I want to be there, right there.
And if I can’t be there, I’d rather be at no where.
While many people know me for being an Andy Lau fans, little do they know what got me to become a fan.
Unknown to many, this is the very first song that I really like titled 緣盡.
I immediately fell in love with this song which was published 30 years ago back in 1990.
And yes, I was only 10 years old 🙄.
This song makes me wonder and I myself is really not sure which is worst.
When both have no fate in meeting the right person, or when lovers 💑 fate came to an end.
But to date, this still remained as one of my personal favourite.
Every time I heard the opening piano tune, I start having goosebumps.
Lets treasure all the fate we have before it ends.
Have always loved this song – In The End by Linkin Park.
Stumbled upon it recently and are addicted to this version.
That kind of voice, I wish I could have.
That kind of fantasy, I wish I could create.
That kind of coldness, I wish I could hold on to.
I was one of those who only heard of this song when I recently saw the viral video – Coffin Dance.
It is quite interesting (if it is true) to such funky dance.
Tried to Google to see if there really is such dance for funeral, but can’t seems to find any.
So I doubt it’s a funeral customary.
Perhaps it was done for some other reason.
Looking at how easily they move around carrying the coffin, it doesn’t seems to suggest there are anyone in the coffin.
Then again I may be wrong.
While the Coffin Dance itself storm the world, it is even more interesting to me that this song was so long ago.
I thought it was a pretty new song.
To my surprise, this song was a decade old.
Where have I been ?
And the MV still look so good and futuristic.
I listened to a few rendition or remix version, and seems the one I like most is mix by Vicetone & Tony Igy.
