Look who’s talkin!

It is important to have a team of people that can walk together 🚶‍♀️ with same aim.
Trying to reach the same goal, and aiming at the same direction road.

Like the tortoise and the hare story, the process may be slower than we all thought.
But while it may be slower, we are able to move to a further end goal together.
And thank you, for walking together with me.

There are times when the strong side wants to crumble down so badly.
Like a landslide, like a fallen star.

Everything feels wrong and done wrongly.
How can I fix it? How can I overcome it?

Guess I just needed some time.
Needed to stay strong and stay focused.

It has been a while since I remember my own dreams .
But last night’s dream is still clear in my mind.
I hate the fact that I start dreaming again, cause it is not a good sign.
Worst is when I was awaken due to the struggle to scream in reality but I couldn’t.
That choking feeling,  that tensed muscle, out of breathe and heavy breathing.

Now back to the dream.
As usual, it was a vague one.
I can only remember that I pointed at someone and said “如果你够姜在餉我面前講多一次”.
Sounded like a gangster?  I think so too.
Wonder who could make me so pissed .

Sometimes, we just don’t realize taking chances are also a kind of gamble.
A chance is always  a risk – 50% chance you might get it right, 50% chance you might get it wrong.
With a little bit of luck 🍀, one may always gets it right.
But there will always be this day waiting in the corner.
This unlucky day when everything goes wrong.

Sometimes, a simple “what’s wrong?” or “are you OK?” goes a very long way.

To be honest, I’ve heard this line a million times.
“Your expectations are too high. Lower down your expectations”.

In a world where technology is here to make things works more efficiently and faster, humans became slower and less efficient.
Is that a trade off? Is that a price we need to pay for technology advancement?
If that is the case, I hope technology can slow down since human that creates them can’t keep up.

I am not sure since when it all changed.
Since when expecting an error free work submission is something too high of an expectation?
Of course I always get the feedback, “everyone makes mistakes”.
Which I agree, we all do. But if this is the same mistake repeated at least once a week or every other week is not just any ordinary mistake ❌.

Since when replying to emails during work hours are too high of an expectation?
Would you tell yourself to lower down the expectation if an online seller have not delivered the product you ordered and not respond to you.
Let’s not even add to the chaos where they keep getting your orders wrong and not respond to you.
Will you just let that slide? No, you won’t.

Because you paid , and expect your orders are right and you expect to get your products at the promised time.
And a great and responsive customer service is a given.

So, really. Stop asking me to lower my expectations. 😔
Cause we all know that is that is the basic.

Yesterday was an exciting day, a tiring yet eventful day.
It felt like I have been fighting hard in a battlefield for a whole day.
While most would think, the D day battle is most tiring but to me the preparation before the battle is far worst.

It is quite upsetting, when everyone keeps asking.
What are you doing? And I really don’t know how to explain what do I spend most of my time on.
I’m literally not working on any physical work, but the mind is constantly thinking and mapping the if, else if, what ifs.

While many hope to speed up the process – speed up the thinking process, speed up the looking into details granularity, speed up work.
I’m sorry, I can’t.
It’s a customized thoughts and thinking process, not automated factory process.

Everyone got their own role to play.
To the kings and queens 👑 out there, thank you.
Thank you for the time and space.
Thank you for the trust 🙏.
Rest assured I will be there standing next with you to make it happen.

Now, let’s  continue to win more battles.

Decisions are always hard to make.
Since the earliest of time, it was not something easy.
It is always best when we can have the best of both worlds.
But not everything in life happens as we all wished or expected.

There will be this very one day that make us all realize, 忠義兩難全.
And when it can’t exist at the same ecosystem, some decisions will need to be made.
What would that be?
I found my answer when I was scrolling online.
This line helped me come to a conclusion – 忠是對於個體，義是對於總體。

And guess what, as I was finishing this post the song 緣盡 was playing 😂.
The other irony part was the song 堅持到底 was playing from the playlist as I wrote this.
Sometimes god just have their ways of sending you hints and messages.
