I can hardly believe I’m saying this now. When I was in primary school, my very first pen pal was an enthusiastic fan of Take That.
Most of her letters to me were filled with stories about them—who they were, what songs they performed, and much more.

Initially, I was not particularly convinced as I am not a fan.
However, after listening to this song, I must acknowledge that it has become one of my favourite English songs.
The lyrics resonate deeply with me and reflect principles by which I live.

This is the line I told myself every other time to keep myself grounded.

While lots of people might like other songs by Faye Wong, this one is really something special to me.
Not everyone knows that Alex San from Malaysia composed it, and the lyrics are by Lam Zik, who’s written tons of songs in the industry.

The song “我也不想這樣” really hits home for how we actually feel.
Sometimes, you know what you’re doing isn’t great and there’s a ton of stuff you shouldn’t do. It’s not like you haven’t tried, but honestly, there are times when it just feels impossible to keep yourself in check.

Stella introduced me to this amazing song, and I fell in love with it right away.
I’m super into Azumi’s soft, gentle and chill vocals.

Every time I listened to this song, I imagined myself strolling down a snowy street at night with fairy lights and snowflakes all around.
