Because Mum came to visit, we made plans to have dinner together. She had told us on the phone that she wanted steak, so that’s what we’re having.
We chose Suzi’s Corner at Jalan Ampang, a favourite spot of ours for affordable sizzling steak. The restaurant is always crowded, making it a popular hangout for both locals and foreigners, especially since it’s located near several embassies.
One of the things we enjoy about this spot is the opportunity to savour both local dishes such as satay, otak-otak, roti canai, and nasi briyani as well as western cuisine. Plus, you can order a beer too! Cheers!
